Hard-To-Place Homeowners Package Program
In response to growing demand, UCAI has introduced a new Homeowners Package Program that more closely resembles those package policies you receive in regular markets. This package is an easy and convenient way of quoting UCAI to your clients! Don’t forget to include a copy of a recent RCT with your application and we’ll take care of the rest.
You give us the RCT Limit and you get a quote that includes:
- Building RCT Limit
- Outbuildings 10% of Building limit
- Personal Property 70% of Building limit
- Additional Living Expense 20% of Building limit
- Personal Liability $1,000,000
Additional Features
In addition to the coverages above, you will receive a quote on the following special endorsements:
- Replacement Cost on Building included
- Vandalism and Malicious Acts Included
- Water Escape, Rupture and Freezing coverage available
- Sewer Back Up Endorsement coverage available ($5,000 or $10,000 limits)
- Theft coverage available at a limit of $10,000
- Minimum Retained Premium is $250.00
Criteria
- Home must be under 30 years old
- A Current RCT must be provided upon binding and home must be insured to value
- Subject to underwriting guidelines
